How is this different from the Shared Hosting Plans?

You will have the ability to create unlimited accounts, each with a separate login, domain, and password. Each account will have its own control panel, databases, etc. You are also allowed to sell these accounts to your customers and you are only charged for the actual usage of space and bandwidth.

Who provides support to my customers?

You will be in charge of the first level of support to your friends and customers, if you are not able to solve the problem, send us a support request and we will help you solve the problem.
